Delta Queens midfielder Temilope Owoeye has confirmed her exit from the NWFL Premiership side, penning an emotional farewell message ahead of her move to Raja Ait in Morocco, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The midfield ace was part of Delta Queens NWFL championship-winning team two seasons ago as she also made it to the WAFU B finals under then coach Tosan Blankson.

"Today, I bid farewell to Delta Queens Football Club, a place I’ve proudly called home and where my dreams found wings", Owoeye began in her farewell statement.

"From winning Woman of the Match at the WAFU B Championship to earning my first international recognition, Delta Queens has been the foundation of my growth. It was here I gained the opportunity to play in Nepal, a journey that enriched me both as a player and as a person.

"This club has given me countless breakthroughs, unforgettable memories, and a family that will always hold a special place in my heart. Now, as I embark on a new chapter with Raja Ait Iazza in Morocco, I carry the lessons and love from Delta Queens with me.

"Thank you to the management, my teammates, and the amazing fans who stood by me through every moment. No matter where life takes me, Delta Queens will always be my home."
