Nigeria winger, Moses Simon has been crowned Nantes' Player of the Month for December, beating off competition from Douglas Augusto, Nicolas Cozza, and Matthis Abline, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
The 28-year-old, currently sidelined with an injury, secured 44% of the votes to claim the award. Simon's impressive performances in December saw him score once and provide one assist in two appearances for the Yellow Canaries.
This is Simon's second Player of the Month award this season, having also won it in September.
The Nigerian international has been in fine form for Nantes, registering four goals and five assists in 14 appearances.
Simon will receive his award before Nantes' home clash against AS Monaco at the La Beaujoire on Friday, 10 January.
