Borussia Dortmund forward Marco Reus says it is far too early in the season to read anything into his side's place near the top of the Bundesliga standings.
Reus netted his 100th competitive goal for BVB as they swept aside newly-promoted Nuremberg 7-0 on Wednesday evening, a result which lifted Dortmund up into second place in the table, two points behind Bayern Munich.
Right now we're focused on ourselves and are taking every point that we can get.

However, Germany international Reus refused to be drawn into talk of a possible title challenge, insisting that he and his team-mates are still adjusting to the approach of new head coach Lucien Favre.
He told the German media: "At the moment I don't care if second and first are close together in the league.
"Right now we're focused on ourselves and are taking every point that we can get - whether it's a close win or a 7-0 drubbing. Looking at the table, or at Bayern, doesn't make much sense currently.
"We always said that it will take time under the new coach and a new philosophy and we know that we still have a lot of work ahead of us.
"We are aware of the fact that Nurnberg didn't push us to our limit and that the next match against (Bayer) Leverkusen will be very tough."
BVB can be backed at 13/8 to win in Leverkusen on Saturday and are 9/1 to claim a 2-1 victory, with Dortmund 7/2 to triumph by a one-goal margin.
