Ligue 1 club Saint-Etienne are reportedly interested in signing Rangers forward Cyriel Dessers, who has struggled to secure regular playing time at Ibrox, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
Dessers' prospects have diminished with Hamza Igamane's emergence, scoring five goals in six games, and Danilo's return from injury further pushing him down the pecking order.
Despite scoring 12 goals across all competitions this season, Dessers has yet to win over a majority of Rangers fans since joining from Feyenoord.
According to Le Republicain Sportif, Saint-Etienne are keen on signing Dessers, with Rangers seeking a transfer fee of around £3.5 million. Dessers' contract at Ibrox runs until 2027.
