Cote d'Ivoire has been announced as the new host of the 2025 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations, replacing initial hosts South Africa, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) made the announcement following its executive committee meeting in Marrakech, Morocco.
The tournament is scheduled to take place between 30th of March and 11th of April 2025, with Nigeria's Flying Eagles among the competing teams.
The semi-finalists will qualify for the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup, set to be hosted by Chile.
