Sowunmi scores, Idris pivotal as Bromley continue unbeaten streak

Omar Sowunmi and Idris Odutayo shone brilliantly for Bromley Football Club as the EFL League Two outfit recorded a nervy 1-1 draw against Swindon Town over the weekend to maintain their unbeaten streak, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The lanky defender was assisted by his compatriot in the second half when a sequence of mesmerizing feints by Idris Odutayo allowed him to evade the desperate lunges of the Swindon backline, granting the defender the chance to cross from the left-hand side.

Idrid did just that expertly, and his looping ball planted itself perfectly onto the head of Omar Sowunmi, whose header proved too powerful for the outstretched gloves of Daniel Barden between the sticks, putting Bromley 1-0 up, and giving Sowunmi his third goal in as many games.

They couldn't hold on to the lead as the visitors immediately levelled minutes after the Ravens goal through Longelo who pounced on a loose ball in the Bromley penalty area to level the game 1-1 with both sides sharing the spoils.
