Super Eagles head coach Eric Chelle has named a 24-man Nigeria squad for the international friendly against Russia at Nizhny Novgorod Stadium on Tuesday, 6 October.
Captain Wilfred Ndidi is included alongside winger Moses Simon, goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali and defenders Bright Osayi-Samuel and Benjamin Fredricks.
Midfielder Raphael Onyedika has also been selected, while the attack will feature Kelechi Iheanacho and Akor Adams.
Finland-based goalkeeper Samuel James and Switzerland-based defender Victory Akpe have received their first senior call-ups for Nigeria.
Chelle has also brought in six midfielders and three forwards who are set to join the Super Eagles camp for the first time as preparations begin for the fixture.
The match against Russia will take place in Nizhny Novgorod, with Nigeria using the encounter as part of its international preparations.
