Ibrahim Maza’s market value rises to €50m after latest Transfermarkt update

Published on: 02 October 2026

Ibrahim Maza’s market value has increased from €45m to €50m, according to the latest update from Transfermarkt.

The rise reflects the continued progress of the Algeria international, who is increasingly regarded as one of the country’s most closely watched young talents in Europe. The attacking midfielder has recorded another significant increase in his valuation after a period of growing prominence.

Maza joined Bayer Leverkusen in July 2025 and remains under contract with the Bundesliga club until 30 June 2030. That long-term agreement gives Bayer Leverkusen considerable security over the future of the young international.

The latest valuation places Maza among the most expensive Algeria players in 2026 and further underlines his development since the beginning of his professional career. At just a few years into that career, his market value has continued to rise and could increase again in future Transfermarkt updates.

Maza has also attracted attention with his performances for Algeria. The midfielder impressed as the Fennecs made a strong start, although defensive weaknesses remained a concern in that match.

Bayer Leverkusen are due to play Mainz in the fifth round of the German championship shortly. The listed odds for the fixture are 2.15 for a Bayer Leverkusen victory, 3.60 for a draw and 2.60 for a Mainz win.
