Middlesbrough forward Chuba Akpom is reported to be monitored by three English Premier League side, Crystal Palace, Everton and Southampton.
Crystal Palace, Everton and Southampton are seeking to add additional strike force to their side and so are monitoring the Championship’s top scorer Chuba Akpom.
With 12 goals in just 19 appearances, the 26 year-old has helped Boro’s rapid rise up the Championship table since new manager Carrick’s appointment in October.
And according to Daily Mail, Everton boss Frank Lampard and Palace manager Patrick Vieira are keen on Akpom as they chase more goals - while Southampton are keen too
Akpom moved to Boro in 2020 for £2.75m having kick-started his career at Greek side PAOK Salonika after leaving Arsenal permanently in 2018.
He signed a three-year contract which expires this summer though Boro have an option to extend it for a further 12 months.
