Norway manager Stale Solbakken has revealed that he spoke to Erling Haaland about the disciplinary case involving Manchester City.
An independent commission previously found Manchester City guilty of serious breaches of Premier League financial regulations over a period of nine seasons.
The club has not yet been given a punishment.
