Fulham manager Marco Silva has praised midfielder Alex Iwobi for his charitable efforts in East London, describing him as a "top guy" Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
Iwobi recently opened a temporary shop, 'Alexpress', where he gave out free food, including groceries and turkeys, to local residents in need.
Silva was full of admiration for Iwobi's kindness, saying: "Amazing. Helping people who don't have the same conditions as you - it's a great thing.
"It doesn't surprise me because Alex is a top guy and someone who cares about others. He should be proud of what he's doing."
