Sassuolo keen on AC Milan attacking midfielder

Sassuolo are reportedly interested in signing Spanish attacking midfielder AC Milan-owned Suso after he enjoyed an impressive loan spell with Genoa.

The Neroverdi are keen to reinforce their squad ahead of the first ever European campaign and with Domenico Berardi expected to join Juventus.

According to Il Resto del Carlino, Sassuolo have already offer Milan €6 million for the 22-year-old but the Rossoneri would rather hold out for €10m.

Although a deal is already being considered, it will not progress more rapidly until Berardi wraps up his move to Juve to free up funds and space in the squad.

Suso made 15 starts and scored six goals for the Grifone during the 2015-16 Serie A season.

The former Liverpool player joined the Rossoneri in 2015 and has made only six appearances for the Lombard club.
