Richarlison will not return to the Tottenham squad, according to transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano.
Speaking on the Men in Blazers podcast, Romano said there was no prospect of the Brazil forward reconciling with Tottenham head coach Roberto De Zerbi.
Richarlison also angered the club’s hierarchy by refusing a move to Everton during the final days of the transfer window, Romano said.
The proposed deal involved two transfers between the clubs. Richarlison was due to join Everton, while Ndiaye would have moved to Tottenham. However, the Brazilian’s decision to reject the switch led to both deals collapsing.
Romano added that Tottenham are highly likely to part company with Richarlison in January.
