Spurs have teamed up with the British government and Sky to raise awareness about climate change's consequences.

The London club is hoping that the "GameZero" match would motivate supporters to minimize their own carbon footprints.

Tottenham is urging supporters to ride their bikes or use public transportation to the game.

They also want the 62,850-seat stadium's supporters to eat plant-based foods and recycle their trash.

Both teams will come on biofuel-powered buses, which will minimize carbon emissions, and the players will drink water from Tottenham-provided cartons rather than throwaway bottles.

"We are delighted to be the chosen partner of Sky on this ground-breaking initiative that will demonstrate the role our game can play in addressing the urgent issue of climate change," said Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy.

"We look forward to showcasing our wide range of sustainable measures that are already in place and encouraging our fans to take simple actions that can make a huge difference."
