While Leicester City are still planning to go for the ultimate move at 21-year old Turkish international centre-back Ozan Kabak, meant to part ways from Schalke 04 to date, former Liverpool, Stuttgart and Galatasaray backliner is growing into a major target for Southampton, according to latest UK news.
Still on a deal with Gelsenkirchen side until June 2025, Kabak is tracked by a bunch more clubs, including Sevilla FC, RB Leipzig, Bayer Leverkusen, Borussia Monchengladbach, OGC Nice, Stade Rennais, and Crystal Palace. Schalke management, which purchased him on a 15 million euros two years ago, might decide to let him out on a loan spell, and retrieve him once they bump up back to Bundesliga, unless pressured by financial needs.
