PREMIER - Does anybody want to manage Tottenham?

Published on: 29 June 2021

The list is starting to be quite long: Fonseca, Gattuso, Conte, Lopetegui, Pochettino, now Potter: according to The Sun, Brighton manager Graham Potter prefers to delay his arrival at a big club in order to be truly ready, and the Seagulls will not let him go for less than £17m. Economical issues have gotten in the way with Fonseca and Conte, while Pochettino and Lopetegui extended their contracts with their current clubs after the first negotiations. Now sporting director Fabio Paratici has set his sights on former Wolverhampton manager Nuno Espirito Santo, but, like it happened with Gattuso, the fans are not happy: it would mean going back to square one and to Mourinho's defensive football.
