As announced by the club on their Twitter account, Stuttgart have signed Moussa Cisse.
Cisse rescinded his previous contract with PSG and was a free agent. The 18-year old will now play in the Bundesliga, as he signed a 4-year deal with the Germans until 2025. The Frenchman came through the youth ranks of PSG, and never recorded a cap with the senior squad, instead playing with the Under-17 and Under-19 squads. Stuttgart could initially follow a similar strategy, sending the young talent to their Under-21 squad at first to allow him to get acquainted with German football.
The left back has also appeared with the French Under-16 squad, making five total appearances. We'll see how he fares in a new league in a new country, and whether Stuttgart can be the right place for him to grow.
