One of Nigeria’s hottest talents has been speaking about his hopes and dreams for the future, including a potential move to England. Funsho Bamgboye even mentioned the three teams he would most like to play for - Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur.

"My first season in Europe wasn't too bad just that I got injured, but I am okay now and ready to play.

"I am prepared for the start of the new season and hopefully, I will become the highest goal scorer in the Hungarian league.

"It is the dream of every young player to play for some of the best teams in Europe. For me, I would love to play for clubs like Chelsea, Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur, and also clubs like Barcelona and Atletico Madrid. I will be glad to get the chance to play for these big clubs.

The 18-year-old attacker, who usually plays from the wing, is certainly a top talent that Chelsea, Liverpool or Spurs would love to have in their academy.

The teenager was part of the Nigeria under-17 side that won the 2015 FIFA under-17 World Cup in Chile - in a team which also included Arsenal youngster Kelechu Nwakali and former Tottenham target Victor Osimhen, now of Wolfsburg

Bamgboye, who was previously at the Aspire Academy in Senegal, joined up with Hungarian side Szomathelyi Haladas in January and is now hoping to make an impact in European football and eventually head to the Premier League.

Based on his pedigree, Chelsea, Liverpool and Spurs should be keeping tabs on the talented teen to see if he can progress in the way he hopes is possible
