"?Liverpool will be made to wait on the signing of Christian Pulisic from Borussia Dortmund, with the "?Echo reporting that the player is unlikely to move this summer.

The highly-rated American teenager has been a subject of interest for several clubs, and is thought to be considering his options due to concerns over playing time. Dortmund have signed a wealth of attacking talent, and Pulisic is fearful of being frozen out by Thomas Tuchel.

Jurgen Klopp is keen on reuniting with the youngster, and the Reds have made an £11m offer to Dortmund for is services. The German club, however, are not willing to sell the player in this window, and unless they have a change of heart, Pulisic will be staying put.

Pulisic joined Dortmund's academy in January of 2015, whilst Klopp was still manager there. However, he would get his chance under the club's present boss, who allowed him 12 appearances in the first team last season.

He scored two goals in the Bundesliga, and at 17, is the youngest non-German player to score in the German top flight.

Pulisic's good performances saw him receive a call-up to the US men's national team earlier this year and he went on to become the youngest American to ever play in a World Cup qualifier when he represented his country in a match against Guatemala.

He later became the youngest player to score for the US, getting on the score sheet with a late strike during a 4-0 win over Bolivia back in May.
