Liverpool forward Cody Gakpo is a doubt for Saturday’s Premier League match against Fulham at Anfield, with head coach Andoni Iraola unable to guarantee that he will be fit.
Gakpo was left completely out of Liverpool’s squad for the Champions League match against Atletico after missing training on Tuesday.
The Netherlands international has scored one goal and provided three assists in three appearances this season. He played the full 90 minutes in Liverpool’s most recent match, against Ipswich, and set up both of Alexander Isak’s goals.
