Transfermarkt has published its ranking of the most prolific assist-makers in the current European football season, based on the 10 highest-rated leagues. Only domestic league matches were included, with cup and European fixtures excluded.
Lens attacking midfielder Florian Thauvin leads the standings outright after creating seven goals in 607 minutes. The 33-year-old Frenchman is the only player to have reached that total.
Pascal Groß is second with six assists from 611 minutes on the pitch. Lamine Yamal has also recorded six assists, doing so in 741 minutes.
Feyenoord’s Gjivairo Read completes the group of players with six assists, having reached that figure in 751 minutes.
