Arsenal appoint Boston Consulting Group to review club spending

Published on: 11 September 2026

Arsenal have brought in Boston Consulting Group (BCG) to examine the club’s internal processes and identify ways to improve operational efficiency, according to Football London.

The consultancy has been asked to analyse Arsenal’s expenditure as part of an ongoing review of the London club’s activities. Chief executive Richard Garlick is understood to be playing a key role in the work.

No decisions have been made because the review is still under way. Its focus is on areas of Arsenal’s operation that are not directly related to football.

The spending analysis does not necessarily indicate that job cuts or other reductions are imminent. However, a similar internal review last season resulted in a reorganisation of the club’s medical department.
