Ghanaian midfielder Kwadwo Poku came good with a hat-trick of assists for New York City FC as they whipped Orlando City 5-3 in the American Major League Soccer on Sunday night.
The 23-year-old first set up Spanish striker David Villa Sanchez for City's third goal in the 67th minute before turning the architect once more for Thomas McNamara - the American midfielder, four minutes later.
Poku did not end his heroics on the night right there as he proceeded to lay a brilliant pass to Mix Diskerud to seal the victory for City late into stoppage-time.
Poku's impressive performance over the weeks in the American top-flight has helped him seal a permanent place in the team's regular line-up.
