Barcelona celebrated Gerard Martin’s 100th appearance for the club with a win over Getafe in their latest Spanish league match.
The defender reached the landmark as one of Barcelona’s established players, with the Catalan side marking the occasion by claiming another victory.
Martin made his Barcelona first-team debut in 2024, effectively arriving at the same time as Hansi Flick took charge of the club. He featured 42 times during his first season.
His workload increased further in the following campaign, when he played 51 matches for Barcelona.
The remainder of his appearances have come during the current season, in which Barcelona have so far won every match they have played.
