Bendel Insurance head coach, Monday Odigie was unhappy with the quality of officiating in the side’s 1-1 home draw against Kwara United on Saturday.

The Benin Arsenals rallied to hold Kwara United in the game, extending their unbeaten streak to 13 games.

Abdullahi Malomo gave Kwara United the lead on 58 minutes, while Deputy Echeta levelled for the home team 12 minutes from time.

Insurance were denied two penalties in the game and Odigie has expressed his displeasure with the officiating.

“If they want the Nigeria league to grow, some things need to stop, that’s what I have to say, I don’t talk about referees. If you want football to grow in Nigeria, learn to appreciate good football and support your team good or bad.

“We will go back and correct our mistakes,” he said.
