Ghana Under-20 striker Benjamin Tetteh has signed a four-year deal with Belgian outfit Standard Liege, the club announced on Thursday.

The Ghanaian youngster signed the dotted lines in the company of his representative Kurt Okraku after passing a mandatory medical.

Tetteh becomes the latest Ghanaian youngster to play for Standard Liege following the exploits of Black Stars Daniel Opare.

The youngster joins from Ghanaian second-tier side Dream FC and will be immediately  whisked to Austria to begin pre-season with his new club.

The lanky striker settled for the Belgian outfit after trying out with Spanish giants Atletico Madrid and German side Borussia Mon’gladbach.

The former Ghana Under-17 striker was a member of Ghana’s Under-20 squad which crushed out of the 2015 World Youth Championship in New Zealand in the second round.
