Nwabali was preceded by Francis Uzoho, who landed in Cairo at 2:00am local time on Sunday morning.
The Super Eagles goalkeeper is the first player to report to the camp, which officially opened on Sunday at the Renaissance Hotels.
Coach Eric Chelle and his team are already in attendance, waiting to welcome the players as they arrive.
Nigeria will face Tanzania, Uganda, and Tunisia in Group C of the tournament, as they aim to secure a fourth continental title.
The team's focus is now on getting ready for the tournament, with more players expected to arrive at the camp in the coming days.
