The 2nd edition of the Governor A.A. Sule 2023 Inter-security Agencies Unity Cup Football tournament which has seen exciting clashes in the first round is gradual entering it's peak moment of football action with the first quarter final clashes set to take place tomorrow Thursday, 18th January, Nigeriasoccernet.com gathered.
Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Hon. Jafaru Ango stated that the motive behind the competition is to help cement a healthy working relationship among the various Security Outfits in the State, build confidence and trust between the Security Agencies and the Civilian population as well as physically prepare them to effectively discharge their professional duties in their host State.
The organizers have shared out the match fixtures with all the games slated for the Lafia City Stadium in Nasarawa.
First quarter final fixtures
1. NAYES vs. FED. FIRE SERVICE - 2PM
2. CIVIL DEFENCE vs. CORRECTIONAL SERVICE - 4PM
