Super Eagles star Victor Moses traveled with the Chelsea squad to Nice, France for their International Champions Cup (ICC) clash against Italian side, Inter Milan on Saturday.

Moses rejoined the Blues after an extended holiday following his participation at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia with Nigeria.

Chelsea’s official Twitter handle posted a picture of Moses alongside Charly Musonda, Tammy Abraham, Wales defender – Ethan Ampadu and Cesar Azpilicueta getting into the bus enroute to the airport with a note: “See you soon, Nice!.”

It remains to be seen if the 27 year old forward cum wing-back will play a part in the encounter against the Nerazzurri as they continue their pre-season programme at Allianz Riviera Stadium.

Chelsea started a new era under Maurizio Sarri with a 1-0 win against Perth Glory in Australia. Pedro Rodriguez scored the only goal of the encounter.

Meanwhile, the likes of Eden Hazard, N’Golo Kante, Olivier Giroud, Gary Cahill, Michy Batshuayi, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Thibaut Courtois are still absent following their participation at the World Cup.

After the game, Chelsea will face London rivals Arsenal in Dublin next Wednesday in another International Champions Cup showdown before a date with Premier League champions Manchester City on Sunday, August 5 in the FA Community Shield.
