"I am here to visit my former Club and teammates and it's so sad that Nasarawa United got relegated to the lower division, the Nigeria National League but that's football".

"However, I strongly believe that from the crop of players here today, the team can bounce back to the Premier League immediately. There are still some of my teammates who are in the team and I know their quality and what they can offer to the team", he added.

"Equally, too, the coaching crew is made up of individuals with impeccable track records as far as coaching is concerned in this country coupled with the support of the government, the team will return to the Premier League".
