A member of the world players' union FifPro has claimed that Jose Mourinho should face prison for 'bullying' Bastian Schweinsteiger, with reports that the veteran German has been banished to train with the reserves.
Lawyer Dejan Stefanovic, a member of FifPro from Slovenia, told BBC World Service that Mourinho could face jail if he were in Stefanovic's home country.

He said: "It's clear bullying. In Slovenia, we would have indicted Mourinho and asked for the highest penalty - three years in prison. This is clearly meant to discourage Bastian. Mourinho is setting a bad example. I would take it to the ordinary court.
"In our case, the penal code is quite clear. If there is bullying and harassment, there's a prison sanction, a maximum of three years in prison. Schweinsteiger should turn to the Professional Footballers' Association and he should file a complaint and I would also seek penalty for Mourinho.
"All the players of the first team have to train with the coaches of the first team at the same place, at the same time as all other team-mates. That's something that should be applied to each and every club and should be written within FIFA regulations."
Rummenigge on way Schweinsteiger is being treated: "It's a lack of respect for a worthy player. Nothing like that has happened at Bayern."
Bayern Munich manager Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed in recent days that the German club will not be making a move to bring Schweinsteiger back to the Allianz Arena, although he took time to praise the legacy of the German - who recently retired from international football.
He said: "In football there is no if. (Signing) Schweinsteiger is not in our ideas. He was a fantastic player for Bayern, he was a fantastic player for football, but I think that it is not time for him to come back to Munich."
