"?Arsene Wenger has done it again. In the most unsurprising fashion, the Arsenal boss has sanctioned the move for another player whom the fans don't know.
The "?Daily Mail reports that the Frenchman is close to making another summer capture, this time in the form of Bolton centre-back Rob Holding, who reportedly underwent a medical on Monday night.

The 20-year-old defender has only played 30 senior games for the Wanderers, but he is held in very high regard at the club, and has been compared to Everton's John Stones.
Arsenal supporters, however, just can't be bothered, especially after the recent signing of Takuma Asano. Despite all of the high ratings accompanying Holding, they would much rather a high-profile acquisition.
Arsenal really issuing a statement of intent to the rest of the PL by signing Rob Holding and Takuma Asano, looks like Wenger's determined.
