Biancocelesti President Claudio Lotito has also given the green light for Candreva's departure. During his spell at Lazio over five seasons, the Italian winger netted 45 goals in 191 appearances. He also has helped Lazio to victory in the Coppa Italia in the 2012-13 season.

Chelsea were previously linked with a move for the 29-year-old winger and Antonio Conte was initially believed to have put him near the top of his summer wish-list. However, the Blues ended their interest in recent weeks with Conte focussing on strengthening other areas of the squad.
