Zambian Super League club, Zesco United, has initiated talks with Shooting Stars defender Ayodeji Bamidele, offering him a two-year contract, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
The 26-year-old centre-back has been a regular feature for Shooting Stars in the Nigeria Premier Football League.
Bamidele, who previously played for Croatian club HNK Rijeka, is reportedly eager to test himself abroad once again.
The defender has international experience, having represented Nigeria at the U-17 level.
The talks between Bamidele and Zesco United are ongoing, with the player's future looking set to take a new turn.
