Inter Allies assistant trainer Yaw Acheampong has hailed the club's decision to bring on board Paa Kwesi Fabin as new head coach Director of Education for their Football School.
Allies confirmed the former Hearts of Oak and Heart of Lions trainer as new head coach on December 30.
Fabin's other role as Director of Education for Football School is to help the club align itself with the new directive for Youth Development Policy to conform with the Ghana FA’s Club Licensing on Youth Development.
And, Acheampong feels Fabin's appointment is right.
"I believe he has a lot of experience under his belt and his coming on board will help us achieve our goals for the coming season and I look forward to working side by side with him when the season commences," he told Sports Crusader.
It is unclear whether Fabin will hold on to his job as head coach for Ghana's Black Starlets (U17 team) but he will join Acheampong and ex-Ghana international Willie Klutse at the club.
