Brazil came from behind to beat England 2-1 at the Women's Under-20 World Cup on Friday 11 September, while Canada recorded a 6-0 victory over Tanzania.
The four matches in Poland completed the group-stage programmes in Groups A and B. Despite defeat by Brazil, England secured qualification for the last 16.
England took the lead against Brazil but could not hold on as their opponents turned the match around to claim a 2-1 win. Canada, meanwhile, stayed in contention for the next stage after a convincing victory against Tanzania.
FIFA confirmed both results in its official review of the day's action.
In Group A, Argentina defeated Mexico 3-2 and hosts Poland beat Benin 4-1. Those results brought the group stage to a close in the section.
Benin's campaign ended in the first round after the side made its first appearance at a Women's Under-20 World Cup. FIFA's official schedule listed both Group A fixtures for Friday.
