Multiple reports from spanish media agree on Zinedine Zidane leaving Real Madrid at the end of the season. Spanish newspaper Marca even reported that Zidane already told his players he's leaving the managing role at the club.

Nothing official yet though, as Real Madrid is looking to finish its season on a high note with a La Liga title still within reach. Real is currently two points behind city rivals Atletico, with two games still to play.

What's next for the french manager?

The easiest connection is with Juventus. The italian giants for the first time in 10 years won't be Serie A champions and it is believed they're moving on from Andrea Pirlo once the season is over. Team president Andrea Agnelli reportedly tried multiple times to bring Zidane to Turin, failing just short a couple of years ago when he chose to go back to Real instead. Zidane played five seasons with Juventus before his record-breaking transfer to Real in 2001, and a return as manager would be fitting.

Another option could be the French national team. Some reports have current manager Didier Deschamps leaving after Euro 2021, with Zidane replacing him in time for next year's World Cup.

Third option could be a sabbatical for Zidane, recharging the batteries for yet another comeback somewhere for the 2022/23 season.

In his short managing career Zidane proved he belongs among the world's elite, winning three Uefa Champions Leagues and two La Liga titles so far (with a third within reach) with Real Madrid in 6 seasons, .
