NPFL champions River United has announced the signing of Albert Korvah from Liberian club Watanga FC.
Reports were rife of the midfielder signing a three-year deal with the pride of Rivers till the summer of 2025 on Wednesday.
The Liberian top flight club has since disclosed the news of Korvah's transfer via their social media handle.
"We are pleased to announce our right winger, Albert Korvah has joined Nigerian Champions, Rivers United F. C. on a 3-year deal. The club thank Korvah for his time and wish him all the best in his new HOME."
Unconfirmed reports say the deal is worth over 50,000 dollars Plus Add-ons and he would earn over 800,000 Per month.

An integral part of Watanga, Korvah is expected to add to the firepower to the 2021/2022 NPFL champions in the coming season.
United have also confirmed the deal with an announcement accompanied with a video of the midfielders play via their tweeter account.

Rivers United and Watanga FC played in the preliminary round of the CAF Champions League where the Nigeria team triumphed over two legs 3-1.
