"?Moussa Sissoko may have his wish to leave Newcastle United granted as L'Equipe is reporting the French international is close to completing a move to Borussia Dortmund.
The French publication claims that talks have already taken place between the Magpies and the Bundesliga outfit over a move for the 26-year-old powerhouse.
It has become clear that Sissoko sees his future elsewhere after Newcastle were relegated from the Premier League last season. Dortmund can offer the player Champions League football, an improved salary and the chance to work under one of the most promising coaches in Europe in Thomas Tuchel.
Newcastle manager Rafael Benitez appeared to hint that players like Sissoko and Georginio Wijnaldum - also heavily rumoured with a move away from Tyneside - will see their wishes granted, while the club also presses on recruiting replacements.
"We are working hard behind the scenes to bring in more players," Benitez said.
"As I have said before we are close to some of them, hopefully we can do it. We have to be open to offers if somebody is interested.
"We don't want to sell but if somebody comes (with an offer) we have to make sure we do the right things for the club."?

Sissoko is available for Dortmund to buy, but Newcastle are demanding £35m for the midfielder, who impressed recently with a stellar showing at Euro 2016 for France.
Sissoko previously said this about his future to Foot Mercato, interestingly revealing that his preference would be to stay in England and play in the Premier League for a top side who can offer Champions League football: "I gave everything there for three-and-a-half years. I hope that they will be smart enough to understand that, to continue my development, I need to keep playing at the highest level.
"As I want to stay in the France team I could not stay in the Championship. There will be discussions. I hope they will go in my opinion. I want to leave.
"I want to continue my career in England, at a club that plays in the Champions League because I think this best fits my style of play."
