The West African Football Union (WAFU) B has announced the date for the regional qualifier of the second edition of the CAF Women's Champions League, Nigeriasoccernet.com can report.
On Tuesday 7th July, 2022, it was announced that August 13th to 26th will be the date for the qualifiers and Ivory Coast will be venue.
Nigeria champions Bayelsa Queens will represent the country in the qualifier series and should they finish in the top two will represent the country and zone in the main event slated for Morocco later this year.
Other teams that will participate in the qualifiers are;
Ampem Darkoa (Ghana), USFA (Burkina Faso), Athleta De Lome (Togo), Espoir (Benin Republic) and host L'Africa Sports (CIV).
