Italy-based midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu has made a cash donation of 2,000 Ghana Cedis to financially stricken ex-Ghana goalkeeper Ali Jarrah.
Jarrah said he was fed up with life and hinted he was going to end his life due to frustrations.
His football career was truncated abruptly due to an injury he sustained in 1993 which left him paralysed.
Badu, who plays for Udinese, made the donation through Accra-based Asempa FM who launched a campaign for assistance.
