The Napoli striker who has been in blistering form this term was awarded the Stampa Estera award for his exploits in the 2022/2023 season.

The award is organised by the Foreign Press Association in Italy and recognizes non Italian players for their performance in a calendar year.
Osimhen now has three awards to name since 2022 with the Globe Soccer Awards Emerging Player of the year (2022) and Serie A young player of the year (2021-22) added to the kitty.
The Super Eagles player has 19 goals to his account this season, scoring in ten consecutive matches prior to Napoli's loss to Lazio on Friday.
