Victor Moses may finally make his departure from Chelsea before the summer transfer window ends after failing to get squad number for the 2020/21 season.
Chelsea on Thursday released their players’ shirt numbers for the new campaign on Twitter, writing: “Squad numbers for the 2020/21 season!”.
Moses was excluded from the list that the EPL side announced
. The Blues did not, however, fail to laud Moses for a huge charitable gesture towards his former club, Wigan Athletic who he made a significant donation to amid their financial woes.

Moses on Wednesday made a huge donation to support his former club-side amid their financial struggles, the team’s supporters body made an official confirmation on the social media.
Moses has been loaned out to five different clubs as a Chelsea player since he joined the London side from Wigan in August 2012, namely; his loan stints at Liverpool (2013), Stoke City (2014), West Ham (2015), Fenerbahce (2019) and Inter Milan (2020).
