Victor Boniface’s AC Milan Move Collapses After Failed Medical

Nigeria international Victor Boniface will not be joining AC Milan this summer after failing medical tests, reports Nigeriasoccernet.com.

Despite an agreement between Milan and Bayer Leverkusen, the 23-year-old striker could not complete the transfer.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed the collapse on Sunday.

“AC Milan call Victor Boniface deal off as Nigerian striker did not pass the medical tests,” Romano posted on X.

The agreement had involved a €5 million loan fee with a €24 million buy option.

After two days of medical assessments, the deal was terminated.

Boniface has since returned to Germany, ending hopes of a Serie A move.

Leverkusen sporting director Simon Rolfes confirmed Milan’s interest was finished.

“If Boniface comes back to Leverkusen, the AC Milan deal will be over. That’s no big secret,” Rolfes told BILD.

Asked about fresh negotiations, he replied: “I don’t think that will happen. His physical situation has improved compared to the beginning.”

With the deal collapsed, AC Milan is now monitoring Sporting CP’s Conrad Harder as an alternative.
