Vandrezzer Foootball Club is reported to be at the verge of returning to their home state Akwa Ibom.
Reports from local media in Akwa Ibom suggest that the Nigeria National League side will return ahead of the 2022/2023 season.
It is reported that the team's media officer "George Essien confirmed that Vandrezzer FC will return to Akwa Ibom State"
"And will adopt the just concluded 18,000 Capacity Eket Stadium till their private stadium in Ibiono Ibom is completed."
The Lions had left the state in January this year following the state Government's unwillingness to lease out the Ikot Ekpene township Stadium.
