Ghana Under-20 coach Sellas Tetteh insists he does not fear the sack after his team crushed out of the ongoing World Youth Championship.

Critics are sharpening the knives after the former Rwanda coach failed to achieve his semi-final target after the team lost the plot to Mali.

The Ghanaians endured an embarrassing 3-0 defeat to the African neighbours in the 1/16th stage to exit the competition.

Pressure has mounted on the 58-year-old to vacate his post but he insists he does not fear being booted out.

"Look it's a game and we lost. I have coached the U17, 20, 23 and the Black Stars and so this not new to me," he said

"I have no problem in being asked to step aside. We have to move on.

"I don't fear at all. I am a coach and know the intricacies of the job."

Inter Allies coach Paa Kwesi Fabian has been lined up as his replacement.

Silas must stay! We need consistency at U20.
