UEFA - Uefa plans salary cap and luxury tax for teams who break it

Ceferin supposedly has aplay to replace the financial fariplay agreement. According to The Times the Uefa will set out rule proposals at the next meeting to replace its Financial Fair Play rules with a salary cap and luxury tax by next year. Under the planned system, clubs in European competition would be limited to spending a certain and fixed percentage of their revenue, around 70%, on players' salaries. Any clubs breaking the cap would have to pay a luxury tax, that will be redistributed.
