Udinese have failed to win in their last six league games, including a 0-0 draw against Bologna on Monday.
Despite being safe from relegation, Okoye insists his team will work hard to return to winning ways.
"To get out of this moment, we have to keep working. We are working well, as we have done all season, we have to keep doing it and grow together," Okoye told the club's official website.
