Kalu Uche’s 87th minute strike helped Delhi Dynamos defeat NorthEast United FC in their ISL match on Wednesday.
Though Dynamos had a major share of the possession in the first half, it was NEUFC which had a golden chance to go ahead. However, Seiminlen Doungel’s weak shot was saved by Dynamos custodian Xabier Iruetagueana.
Just as the contest looked headed for a goalless draw, Uche struck. Released by Mohammad Dhot, David Ngaithe surged from the right to cross to the Uche who made no mistake.
The win took Dynamos to 11 points, the same as NEUFC
