Nigeria's Victor Osimhen continued his fine form in front of goal to help 10-man Galatasaray battle to an away league victory against Sivasspor on Sunday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The Super Eagles striker scored from the spot as the Turkish giants rallied back to get a 2-3 win at the New Sivas 4 Eylül Stadium.

After 15 minutes of action, the league leader was a man down following the sending off Metehan Baltac?.

10 minutes later, the hosts capitalized on the numerical advantage to go ahead courtesy of a goal from Garry Rodrigues.

Yunus Akgün restored parity for the visitors on 36 minutes before Osimhen was fouled in the box and he stepped up to score after 9 minutes of added time to give Gala the lead at half-time.

It was a total of around 53 minutes as Bar?? Alper clinged up to a beautiful through ball by Akgün and went past the keeper with a sweet strike to make it 1-3.

Though Bekir Turaç Böke pulled one back after one minute of additional time, it only proved a consolation as the Yello-reds maintained their unbeaten run and top spot after 14 matches with 35 points.

Meanwhile, Osimhen was later substituted in the game and has now scored 10 goals for Galatasaray this season.
